Our clinic is looking for a nurse practitioner to cover our full time nurse practitioner’s 1 year maternity leave starting November 12, 2025. Benefits include company pension and being well supported by 6 physicians and our experienced admin staff.

We are a FHO satellite site of the Southlake FHT. Clinic team includes nurses, dietician, social worker and pharmacist. You will work out of a 10,000 sq ft state-of-the art facility with your dedicated exam room. We have a Life Labs on-site and free parking.  EMR is Telus PS Suite.
